Year One - Part Four

First year animation module - stop motion!
We practiced ball bounces and walk cycles, and then had to create a longer clip.
This had to involve an object which went through 4 transformations.
Drawn frame by frame by hand, scanned in to the computer for cleanup & colouring.
Seriously repetitive but I enjoyed it immensely!

Had the practices posted but the gifs don't seem to want to work anymore! They work on my computer but not when I upload them for some reason.

New beginnings

This blog has needed updating for quite some time, and I like to think if you're gona do something, do it really thoroughly, and at a time when you can afford a lot of trial and error...

I've spent the last 2 weeks going through all my old work getting it ready to post on here in a more orderly fashion than before, but there's just the small issue of removing it properly first.

I will be backdating my posts so that my projects are in proper chronological order - sadly I'm not actually a time traveller who gets mega productive around New Year.

There will also be a couple of other things among the uni projects, like work experience stuff, spare time things and the like. And seeing as I'm working backwards anyway, probably some stuff from my Foundation year and before, that I'm just kinda fond of.
